Pegula, Brady, Krawczyk attend Asia Muhammad wedding

Tennis wedding week continues as American Asian Muhammad is getting married in Toronto on July 18.

Muhammad, 35, a former WTA Top 10 doubles star, is one of many stars who wed since the conclusion of Wimbledon joining Alex de Minaur and Katie Boulter, Tommy Paul, Daria Kasatkina, and Lyudmila Samsonova.

American peers in attendance for Muhammad nuptials

75% of The Player’s Box podcast personalities will be in attendance with Jessica Pegula, Jennifer Brady, and Desirae Krawczyk pictured.

These three were also at her engagement party last fall, proving that the 30-something American tennis players are a tight-knit crew.

Tennis is an individual sport so it is good to see this outpouring of support

Just as Frances Tiafoe, Taylor Fritz, and Reilly Opelka were fixtures at Tommy Paul and Paige Lorenze’s wedding earlier this week, it is good to see players’ peers show up for the big day.

It is likely similar to a friend since childhood as many of these players have trained with, competed against, and played Olympic and team events with each other for most of their lives.

There is not much time for partying and merriment as the US Open hardcourt series is getting underway next week in Washington, DC at the Mubadala Citi Open.
