Nike tennis is sharing its basketball-inspired designed 2026 US Open kits for Alexandra Eala and hopefully Carlos Alcaraz (if he is healthy enough to play).
Netting and cut-outs are central themes in Ealaâs kit which were also visible in Aryna Sabalenkaâs black and red kit which garnered mixed reviews.
Eala and Alcaraz are photographed in differing shades of blue.

Ealaâs look differs from Sabalenkaâs in the placement of the netting (back and sides for Eala and front for Sabalenka).
This is a more traditional tennis dress and has received more favorable reviews.

Carlos Alcaraz for Nike
Fans miss Alcaraz and hope that they can see him wearing this New York Knicks-inspired look.
The sleeveless shirt is reversible with different shades of blue.

The outline of the shirt and shorts gives a distinctive basketball feel.
Too bad Frances Tiafoe is no longer with Nike because this is a look that would suit him well also.
In case you are wondering, there is no definitive word on Naomi Osakaâs US Open kit yet. The rumor is that metallics will be featured, but we know the walk out look will be above and beyond.
Nike swept last yearâs US Open with Sabalenka and Alcaraz crowned as singles champions. Will that happen again in 2026?
