Felix Auger-Aliassime produced a strong campaign at the 2026 French Open, reaching his maiden quarterfinal at the clay-court Major before his run came to an end. The Canadian enjoyed the proud support of his wife, Nina Aliassime, from the stands throughout his campaign.
As Nina Aliassime bid farewell to Paris by sharing a stunning series of pictures, she drew the attention of Jannik Sinner’s girlfriend, Laila Hasanovic, and Matteo Arnaldi’s fiancée, Mia Savio.

No. 4 seed Auger-Aliassime locked horns with No. 10 seed Flavio Cobolli in the quarterfinals of the French Open. Although the Canadian handled the windy conditions effectively to clinch the opening set 6-4, the momentum shifted after the roof on Court Philippe-Chatrier was closed. Cobolli seized control of the contest and claimed a 4-6, 6-4, 6-4, 6-4 victory to book a spot in the semifinals.
Following the loss, Auger-Aliassime admitted to feeling “destroyed” and revealed that he needed some time to regroup before turning his attention to the grass-court season. He will count on the support of his loved ones as he looks to leave the disappointment behind.
As the couple prepared to return home, the world No. 6’s wife, Nina Aliassime (née Ghaibi), shared a glimpse of her adventures in Paris, capturing moments with her husband, their pet dog, and various sightseeing outings over the years.
“Paris treating me right since 2010😌 minor adjustments with the fits since then,” she captioned her Instagram post.
Sinner’s girlfriend, Danish model Laila Hasanovic, and Matteo Arnaldi’s fiancée, Australian fashion entrepreneur Mia Savio, both gushed over Nina Aliassime’s photos.
“cuteee,” Hasanovic wrote.
“So pretty,” Savio commented.
Like Auger-Aliassime’s wife, Savio was in attendance at Roland Garros, cheering her fiancé on during his campaign. However, her time in Paris ended on a heartbreaking note as Arnaldi was forced to withdraw from the Major before his clash against Cobolli due to illness, missing the opportunity to compete in his maiden Grand Slam semifinal.
Hasanovic, meanwhile, enjoyed the comforts of home in Copenhagen as Sinner embarked on his quest to complete the Career Grand Slam at the French Open.
Given that Hasanovic only arrived at the Italian Open when the world No. 1 reached the semifinals, she may have planned a similar trip to Paris for the later stages of the tournament. However, those plans never materialized, since Sinner suffered a shocking 3-6, 2-6, 7-5, 6-1, 6-1 loss to Juan Manuel Cerúndolo in the second round.
On the tennis front, Felix Auger-Aliassime is expected to return to action as the No. 1 seed at the Libéma Open, kicking off his grass-court season at the ATP 250 event in ‘s-Hertogenbosch. On the other hand, both Jannik Sinner and Matteo Arnaldi are scheduled to compete directly at the Wimbledon Championships.
