Following their series loss to the Miami Marlins, several Cincinnati Reds players and coaches made the trip to Mason, Ohio, to check out the Cincinnati Open night session at the Lindner Family Tennis Center on Sunday, Aug. 16.

Sam Moll, bullpen coach Oscar Marin, HĂ©ctor RodrÍguez, Noelvi Marte, Eugenio SuĂĄrez, Andrew Abbott, Tejay Antone, TJ Friedl, Spencer Steer, Michael Toglia, Luis Mey and Julian Garcia posed with Marcelo ArĂ©valo.

ArĂ©valo, the World No. 6 in doubles, is part of the No. 3 seed in the men’s doubles draw alongside partner Mate Pavić. The duo faces Karen Khachanov-Andrey Rublev in the Round of 32 on Monday.

Garcia, Moll, Abbott and Antone got a picture with Sloane Stephens after the American’s 6-2, 6-4 upset win over No. 24 seed Anastasia Potapova. The former US Open champion has now notched back-to-back tour-level wins for the first time in two years.

Coco Gauff, the 2023 Cincinnati Open champion, got a personalized Reds jersey from director of player relations Jim Myers. Gauff rallied to defeat Liudmila Samsonova in three sets, 2-6, 6-4, 6-1.

On Monday, Aug. 17, World No. 7 and die-hard Cincinnati Reds fan Daniil Medvedev, will throw the first pitch at Great American Ball Park before the second game of a doubleheader against the St. Louis Cardinals.
