The event will feature a 10-point tiebreak knockout singles format at the T-Mobile Arena.
While just an exhibition, there will be a sizeable prize money pool up for grabs for the eight players.
The prize money on offer at the MGM Slam in Las Vegas
The prize money pool at the MGM Slam is a total of $1 million, and there will be some interesting matches on display.
Kyrgios is set to face Alexander Bublik, while American compatriots Tommy Paul and Taylor Fritz will go toe-to-toe.
Lorenzo Musetti will take on Casper Ruud, but perhaps the most exciting matchup of the bunch is Joao Fonseca versus Gael Monfils.
Monfils, set to retire at the end of the season, has never faced the talented Brazilian teenager, and this may be the only time fans may get to see the two clash.

As per the Las Vegas Review Journal, Musetti said of event: âI think itâs a really cool format with eight top players, the opportunity to play in Vegas, which is probably the most known city for, for shows, for entertainment.
âI think thatâs a really great combination to what people want to see in a tennis exhibition.â
Fritz added: âItâs awesome to do an event there thatâs fast-paced and exciting.â
After their appearance in Vegas, many of the featuring players will head straight to California for the Indian Wells Open.
