Sinner is now just two wins away from wrapping up the Sunshine Double and hasnât lost a set across Indian Wells or Miami.
The Italianâs consistency has been remarkable, cruising past Frances Tiafoe to set up a semifinal clash with third seed Alexander Zverev.
That win also saw him extend his record streak to 30 straight sets won at an ATP Masters event, further highlighting his dominance.
Beyond that, Sinnerâs match-win record during the Sunshine Double stands as the best in history. While his numbers are growing every day, it is clear Sinner isnât worried about any outside noise as he remains focused on finishing off this incredible run by securing another title.
Jannik Sinnerâs remarkable record in Indian Wells and Miami
Sinner has put together a 41-6 win-loss record across his career in the Sunshine Double, which works out to an impressive 87.23% strike rate.
That percentage ranks first all-time, comfortably ahead of Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, and Novak Djokovic.
Djokovic holds the second-highest win rate at the Sunshine Double with 83.61%, while Federer sits just behind at 81.88%.
The next highest active player is Carlos Alcaraz, who despite early exits from Miami this year and last, still maintains an 80.85% success rate in these tournaments.
Alcaraz went out in the second round of Miami last season and made it only one round further this year.
How Jannik Sinner has performed at the Sunshine Double
Sinner has participated in both Indian Wells and Miami five times during his career so far.
In his Miami Open debut, he made it all the way to the final before losing to Hubert Hurkacz in straight sets.
He returned to the final again in 2023, following a run to the semi-finals at Indian Wells earlier that same month.
Sinner then claimed his first title during the Sunshine Double by winning Miami, and later added an Indian Wells title in 2026. Both tournaments have become regular highlights on his calendar.
