Apr. 7â The weather was cold and windy, but the spirits were high as the Austin boys tennis team opened the newly renovated Paulson Courts with a 6-1 win over Mankato East Tuesday.
The Packers (1-0 overall) won all four of the singles matches in two sets as they rolled to a win.
“It was a good win to open the new Paulson Courts,” Austin head coach Jeff Anderson said. “I was really happy with where our doubles teams are this early in the season. It was good to get that team win with them playing well.”
