Carlos Alcaraz is putting on a show at Wimbledon on Sunday afternoon.

The No. 2 seed in the Men’s Draw is leading No. 14 seed Andrey Rublev, two sets to one, at Centre Court on Sunday afternoon. Alcaraz lost the first set, 7-6, before storming back to win the final two sets. Alcaraz is just a couple of weeks removed from winning an all-time French Open final against Janik Sinner. 

Alcaraz and Sinner could be heading for a rematch at Wimbledon. next weekend. 

While Alcaraz, 22, is playing well at Wimbledon on Sunday, his rumored girlfriend is turning heads in the stands.

Alcaraz’s rumored girlfriend, British tennis star Emma Raducanu, is in the stands for the Sunday afternoon match at Wimbledon. 

Raducanu and Alcaraz have been linked for a couple of weeks, though the prestigious tennis couple is trying to insist to everyone that they are just friends.

Few are actually believing that, though.

Alcaraz, a five-time Grand Slam champion, said that he is single in a recent interview.

“No, I am single. I am looking for someone. It can be difficult as a tennis player to meet the right person because you are traveling all the time,” he said in an interview.

Raducanu, who is sitting in the stands at Wimbledon on Sunday, admitted that she’s known him for a while.

“I’ve known him for years. Wimbledon 2021 was the first time I started getting to know him, and I had a good run there and then also again in the U.S. Open in 2021,” she revealed.

“We have a good relationship still. He’s obviously overtaken me a lot, but it’s nice that we have that from a while ago,” she added. “I think for all of us, we really kind of value those connections that we had from when we were young because when you become a bit more known or a bit more successful, you just find yourself reverting back to people you knew from a young age because you’re like, that’s a real genuine connection.

“Because it becomes very busy and you have a lot more friends but the ones that you’ve known for a long time mean a lot more to you.”

Raducanu, who lost in straight sets to No. 1 seed Aryna Sabalenka, has some time on her hands now. Perhaps she’s just taking in a good match.
