Williamston had champions at five flights while capturing a Division 4 regional title on Thursday, Oct . 9.
Gavin Beck (No. 3 singles), Brennan Egger (No. 4 singles), Luke Harkema and Kaden Steinke (No. 1 doubles), the tandem of Tyler Blakenship and Gabe Robke (No. 3 doubles) and Greyson Olszowy and Nick Close (No. 4 doubles) were the champions for Williamston, which finished with 25 points.
Lansing Catholicâs Noah West was the other area champion and won at No. 1 singles. He helped the Cougars finish as the team runner-up.
DIVISION 1 AT BRIGHTON
Okemos had 21 points while finishing as the runner-up at its regional Thursday, Oct. 9.
Kai Minamisono was the champion at No. 3 singles and Shaurya Padwal was the No. 4 singles runner-up for Okemos.
Okemos also had Addy Sarda and Aya Arora (No. 1 doubles), Josh Fraiberg and Akash Krishnan (No. 3 doubles) and Eshaan Shenoy and Akshay Krishnan (No. 4 doubles) finish as runners-up at their flights.
DIVISION 3 AT MASON
DeWitt and Haslett each finished with 20 points at a regional on Wednesday, Oct. 8
Haslett had three singles champions in Anish Komirisetty (No. 1), Jackson Clark (No. 2) and Gautier Dorlencourt (No. 3).
DeWitt had Owen Sermak and Ethan Gardner win at No. 2 doubles. The Panthers had runners-up at No. 3 singles (Drake Stipcak), No. 4 singles (Will Grant) and No. 1 doubles (Rowan Page/Jack Williams).
