Marta Kostyuk is on the cusp of being a Wimbledon finalist. Linda Noskova stands in her path, but the 24-year-old Ukranian tennis star is enjoying a career year.
She defeated Mirra Andreeva to win the Madrid Open, her first WTA 1000 title, earlier this spring. Kostyuk defeated Iga Swiatek and her Ukrainian counterpart Elina Svitolina at the French Open.
Kostyuk was known for her emotional ups and downs in matches, but she has learned to keep her emotions in check. Her tennis was always great, but fixing the emotional part of her game has made the difference.

Kostyuk is two wins away from becoming the next darling of women’s tennis. The path is not going to be easy, but if she wins a maiden Grand Slam, more fame awaits her. Fans wonder what her reaction will be. After all, she did a back flip after winning the Madrid Open.
