Carlos Alcaraz’s Roland Garros Nike kit is allegedly leaked

Carlos Alcaraz is currently injured and trying to get healthy for tennis‘s next Grand Slam, Roland Garros beginning in mid May.

In the meantime, his French Open kit somehow has been leaked (either intentionally or unintentionally.)

Many did not like the striped look he wore last year. This year, the stripes are replaced with tie dye.

It is pastel purple with white tie dye throughout the shirt. The shorts resemble swim trunks with a purple, white, and black design.

We have not seen the sneakers but hope to be in for a tie dye look is visible on them also.

How it will look against the red clay is questionable, but it is so much better than Sinner‘s clay court kit in Monte Carlo.

Hopefully Nike lightens up his color palette also as was done for the Sunshine Double. The pale pink was a hit for everyone except former World No. 1 and current Tennis Channel analyst Jim Courier.

Where is Alcaraz’s custom Nike logo?

Two years ago we learned that Nike and Alcaraz were collaborating on a custom logo, similar to what was done for Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal.

Last year at the ATP Finals, the rumor was that Alcaraz would be revealing the logo. Alcaraz later called that fake news, saying it was still in the works.

What could be the delay? Nike would benefit from a custom logo, but it will be a tall order to design one better than Nadal‘s which managed to embody his heritage and personality.
