For everybody else thatâs helped/supported me â I appreciate all of you! Excited to enter the real world! Jamie.â

Andy Murray says he owes brother Jamie for last Wimbledon match
Andy Murray shared a message for his brother in a video posted to the LTAâs Instagram account.
âJamie, Iâm not sure what I loved more when we were kids, being on court with you, or winding you up!â he said.
âBut I know the way we pushed each other helped us both go as far as we did.âYou were the first to win a Wimbledon title, the first British player to reach world number one since the seventies. Seven Grand Slams, 39 titles, and one of the best volleyers in our sport.â
âAfter 22 years and more than a thousand matches, itâs been weird not checking in on all your results these past few months.â
Looking back at their careers so far, Andy listed several moments that stood out to him.
âOur first Olympics in Beijing was awesome. We won the Davis Cup together. And all those ties back in Scotland.â
The two-time Wimbledon champion then went on to thank his brother for joining him for his final match at SW19 two years ago.
âIâll always owe you for that final match on Centre Court,â he said.
Jamie Murray is expected to stay around the game after retiring
What Murray does next isnât set in stone just yet, but there are already signs pointing towards a likely direction.
Heâs been doing some punditry and commentary work with Sky Sports lately, including covering the Monte Carlo Masters.
If he decides to stick with it, thereâs every chance he could become a regular presence alongside Tim Henman and Laura Robson. Heâs already shown he knows what heâs talking about, so it wouldnât be surprising at all.
